Our company philosophy was written to incorporate the three main entities in qualitative research—the clients, the respondents, and the qualitative team. Simply put, minus any one of those three, there would be no research—and no growth in our clients' business as a result of their coming to know their customers better.

People and their experiences, insights, and perceptions are the commodity from which we generate knowledge. We assist clients in turning this knowledge into corporate wisdom through the use of our existing knowledge and experience as researchers. Our performance is designed to allow clients to move ahead accurately, imaginatively, and in a timely fashion. Integrity is the key not only to good business practice but to good research—objectivity, ethical standards, and respect for confidentiality run in our corporate bloodstream.
