Job Descriptions
Moderator-Consultants confer with clients about their research needs and create research designs based on these needs. They conduct research: focus groups, IDIs, observational/ethnographic, ideation, and more. They analyze the information and present itin written and/or oral formatto our clients. Our Moderator-Consultants are highly intelligent individuals skilled in problem solving and possessed of a long-range strategic view. They are empathic, professional, and charismatic. They possess effective group-facilitation skills, superb analytical abilities, and an engaging writing style. Bachelor's degree required. Domestic and/or international travel required.
Field Managers coordinate our projects from start to finish. Their responsibilities include interacting with clients, managing suppliers, writing screeners, creating project schedules, editing reports, and general office duties. Field Managers excel at multitasking and setting priorities. They are professional and friendly. These intelligent, service-oriented people are organized and have excellent attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines. They have editing experience, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of grammar rules. College degree is preferred.
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in Primary Insightsproviding support to our field management, research, and operations team. As critical as this position is to our company, there are some routine job elementssuch as faxing, filing, copying, and ordering food. Responsibilities also include word processing and coordinating travel arrangements. This individual is the voice of Primary Insights to callers and the face that greets visitors when they arrive in our office. Additional tasks include editing reports, maintaining office systems, and providing backup for our Field Managers. The Administrative Assistant possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. This person is friendly, well-organized, professional, attentive to details, and adept at multitasking. They take a proactive approach to work and are comfortable working both independently and when directed by other team members.
Location
Lisle, Illinois is a suburb 25 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. It is accessible from the city by Metra rail and is approximately 15 miles from both O'Hare and Midway airports. Lisle is home to many major corporations including Lucent Technologies, Budget Rent-a-Car, and Nicor Energy. The Morton Arboretum is less than a mile from Primary Insights.
